This notice explains how Test Plugin handles personal data when you use the site or enquire about training.

Data we collect
- Enquiry form data: name, email, lesson interest, preferred timeframe, and message content
- Communication records when you email or call us
- Technical data such as IP address and basic device information if analytics cookies are accepted (see our cookies page)
We do not ask for account passwords, payment card numbers via the website form, or sensitive special-category data for standard bookings.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to lesson enquiries and managing bookings — legitimate interests and, where applicable, contract steps
- Improving which pages help traders find the right lesson — legitimate interests, relying on analytics cookies only with consent
- Meeting legal obligations such as accounting records for paid lessons
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a booking relationship continues. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years as required for UK tax practice. Analytics data follows the durations listed in the cookies table.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. If a provider stores data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
International transfers
Where tools process data internationally, we assess transfer mechanisms required under UK GDPR before enabling them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children
Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
