Refunds and cancellations
These rules apply to lesson bookings with Test Plugin. They cover deposits, cancellations, no-shows, and when partial refunds apply.
Scope
This policy covers the Candlestick Confirmation Intensive, private chart mentoring, evening confirmation clinics, and open prep briefings. It does not cover products we do not sell — there is no merchandise catalogue or software subscription on this site.
Eligibility
Refund requests must come from the person named on the booking, using the email address used for confirmation. Contact hello@test-plugin.digital or +44 20 7986 4000 with the lesson date and booking reference.
Intensives
- Full refund of fees paid if you cancel at least ten working days before the intensive date
- 50% refund if you cancel between nine and five working days before the date
- No refund within four working days of the intensive, except where we cancel or reschedule
- Deposits are refundable on the same timetable as fees paid
- If we cancel an intensive, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date
Mentoring sessions
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session for a full credit or refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable, though we may offer one goodwill reschedule per pack at our discretion. Unused sessions in a four-pack remain valid for six months from purchase.
Clinics and briefings
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund or credit toward a later clinic or briefing. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds apply when we shorten a lesson for reasons on our side (for example venue failure) and you decline a make-up session. The unused portion of fees is refunded proportionally.
Non-refundable items
Printed chart packs already produced for a named attendee after the final balance due date are non-refundable if you cancel late. Digital packs issued after a completed lesson are not returnable.
Work already started
Once a mentoring session or intensive has begun, fees for the commenced session are non-refundable. If technical failure on our side prevents completion, we schedule a make-up or refund the incomplete portion.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation under the relevant lesson type above.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may add a few days beyond our processing.
Exceptions
If illness or bereavement prevents attendance, contact us as soon as possible. We consider evidence-based transfers before refusing a refund, especially for intensives booked more than a month ahead.
