Acceptance
By using https://test-plugin.digital or booking a lesson with Test Plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request a booking.

Training services
Descriptions of intensives, mentoring, clinics, and briefings are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and, where required, a deposit is received. Training is educational and does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or a personal recommendation under UK financial regulations.
Intellectual property
Course materials, chart packs, checklists, and website content remain the property of Test Plugin. You may use materials for your personal trading study. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach from our packs without prior written consent.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt bookings, or submit false information in enquiry forms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Plugin is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our total liability arising from a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their UK nation of residence where mandatory rules allow.
